1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and nnnvip (the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"), the entity operating the online gaming platform accessible at nnnvip.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

The nnnvip Platform provides online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, slot machines, and other gaming services (collectively, the "Services") to eligible players located in the Philippines and in jurisdictions where such activity is not prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms apply to all use of the Platform and all Services made available through it. By using nnnvip in any way, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

nnnvip reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the nnnvip Platform and all real-money gaming Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age threshold is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering on, or using nnnvip in any capacity.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be employed by nnnvip, any of its affiliates, game providers, or software vendors, or be a close family member of any such employee, in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order applicable to online gambling platforms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out above. nnnvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the nnnvip Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identity, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Information required includes, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document, your date of birth, your current Philippine residential address, a valid mobile number registered under your name, and a valid email address.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nnnvip login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify nnnvip support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to or use of your account. nnnvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Account Ownership

Your nnnvip account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility regardless of whether they were authorized by you.

4 Identity Verification (Know Your Customer)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, nnnvip is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. nnnvip may also request verification at any other time at its sole discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit at minimum:

• A clear copy of one (1) valid, government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include: Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID.
• Proof of residential address not older than three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification).
• Additional documentation may be requested to verify the source of funds for high-value transactions, as required by applicable law.

4.2 Processing and Suspension

nnnvip will process KYC submissions within a reasonable period. During the verification review, nnnvip may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. If verification cannot be completed due to inadequate documentation or inconsistencies, nnnvip reserves the right to suspend or close the account and to withhold funds pending legal review.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nnnvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, and USDT. Available payment methods may vary by transaction type and are subject to change at nnnvip's discretion.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) 100. Deposits are credited to your nnnvip wallet after confirmation from the relevant payment processor. nnnvip does not charge processing fees on standard GCash and PayMaya deposits; however, third-party fees imposed by your payment provider remain your responsibility.

All funds deposited into your nnnvip wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are ordinarily processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.

nnnvip reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or pending resolution of outstanding disputes.

5.4 Currency

Unless otherwise specified, all account balances, wagers, and transactions on the nnnvip Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, nnnvip may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all nnnvip Promotions:

• Promotions are available only to registered, verified Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each offer.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Only one active bonus may be used at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• nnnvip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fulfilling any bonus amounts already credited to Players' accounts.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit Promotions — including by creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in matched betting using bonus funds — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• nnnvip's decision on all matters relating to Promotions is final.

7 Gameplay & Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the nnnvip Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. nnnvip's decision on all disputed game outcomes shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

7.2 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games on nnnvip use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited to confirm that outcomes are genuinely random, that declared Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate, and that no outcome is predetermined or manipulated. Published RTP values for each game represent statistical averages over large sample sizes and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game, software, or system malfunction that results in the display of an erroneous outcome, the affected round or rounds shall be declared void and any associated wagers shall be refunded to the Player's nnnvip wallet. nnnvip shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a game malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.4 Interrupted Play

In the event of a disconnection or interruption during active gameplay, nnnvip's server-side records of the game state at the time of interruption shall be the definitive record used to resolve the round. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when playing for real money on the Platform.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nnnvip Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2.
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or match-fixing in relation to any game or sporting event available on nnnvip.
• Using any software, tool, script, bot, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to nnnvip support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments, or any other applicable Philippine law.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account to access the Platform.
• Any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's availability, security, or integrity.

9 Responsible Gaming

nnnvip is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that, for some individuals, gambling can become harmful, and we actively provide tools and support to help Players manage their gaming activity.

9.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available free of charge in every nnnvip account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your nnnvip wallet.
• Session Timers: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend your nnnvip account. Self-exclusion requests are processed by nnnvip's support team and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.2 Minors and Vulnerable Persons

Players are responsible for ensuring that minors under the age of 21 do not access the Platform through their devices or accounts. nnnvip strongly recommends the use of parental control software where appropriate. Players who believe they are showing signs of problem gambling are encouraged to contact nnnvip support to discuss available support options and self-exclusion measures.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the nnnvip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the property of nnnvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any nnnvip intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of nnnvip content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nnnvip and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from any interruption of service, system failure, or game malfunction beyond nnnvip's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including from the use of unauthorized software or multiple account registration.

nnnvip's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount of funds in your nnnvip account at the time the claim arises.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by nnnvip

nnnvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• nnnvip suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct involving your account.
• You are found to be ineligible under Section 2, including underage gambling.
• Regulatory requirements mandate account closure.
• You engage in any of the prohibited activities described in Section 8.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, nnnvip reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in the account pending investigation and resolution of the relevant breach.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your nnnvip account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, net of any pending bonus obligations, will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method provided there are no outstanding disputes or suspected fraudulent activity associated with the account.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute relating to your nnnvip account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other matter arising from these Terms, you must first contact nnnvip's customer support team via live chat or email and allow a reasonable period — not less than five (5) business days — for the dispute to be resolved internally.

All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted.

nnnvip will investigate all disputes in good faith and communicate its decision within a reasonable timeframe. In respect of game outcomes, the server-side game log maintained by nnnvip or its game providers shall constitute the authoritative record and shall prevail over any player-side screenshots or records.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as applicable.

14 Amendments to These Terms

nnnvip reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where feasible, nnnvip may provide advance notice of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the nnnvip Platform after any modification takes effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 13.

nnnvip operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The operations of the nnnvip Platform are subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines, the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and all other applicable Philippine statutes and regulations.
